Hi! I’m Erica - a writer, storyteller, and connector in Waterloo, Ontario.
I help service-based business owners show what your work actually feels like for your clients. With my background in journalism and communications, I’ve always loved talking to strangers and find joy in uncovering stories.
During the week, I lead events and build community programs at Catalyst Commons, Canada’s largest privately-owned coworking space. I love helping entrepreneurs grow their business and network.

You never know where a coffee chat will lead!
Since moving to Waterloo a few years ago, I’ve had lots of coffee chats that have sparked new ideas, projects, and hobbies (like joining a women’s hiking group and west coast swing dance classes!).
I love being surrounded by creative, innovative entrepreneurs building cool things. If I get to meet new people, equipped with a name tag, event clipboard and mic - it’s a great day.
